1. Who we are

Fayakun Developers is an independent software developer that publishes Android apps on Google Play and operates this website. This policy covers the website and our general practices. Each app also has its own detailed policy:

2. Our privacy principles

  • No accounts required. Our apps work without sign-up or login.
  • On-device first. Your photos, videos, audio, documents, text and messages are processed by AI models that run on your phone, not on our servers.
  • Minimum permissions. We ask only for what a feature needs.
  • No selling of data. We never sell your personal information.

3. Information collected on this website

  • No accounts, no tracking cookies, no analytics. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
  • Browser storage: we store your light/dark theme choice and whether you closed the cookie notice in your browser’s local storage. This never leaves your device. See our Cookie Policy.
  • Web demos: the Stylotext, AudioCut and whatsready demos run entirely in your browser. Text, audio files and phone numbers you enter are not uploaded.
  • Contact form: the form opens your own email app. We only receive what you choose to send by email.
  • Hosting: this site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may log technical data such as IP addresses for security. See the Vercel Privacy Policy.
  • Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. See the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Information collected by our apps

None of our apps have accounts, and none upload your photos, videos, recordings, documents or messages to us. Content is processed on your device, and results are saved to your device.

  • Stylotext AI Graphic Studio has no ads and collects no data. Optional downloads (fonts, Google Play asset packs) happen only when you agree.
  • AudioCut shows Google AdMob rewarded ads, which may collect the Advertising ID, IP address and device data.
  • whatsready shows ads from Unity LevelPlay and Google AdMob, with a consent form where required.
  • Our AI apps (photo, video, audio, document and productivity apps) show Google AdMob ads, with a consent form where required. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect the Advertising ID, IP address, app interactions and device information to show and measure ads. AI models may be downloaded from Google Play after install. Camera, microphone, photo and file access is used only on your device for the feature you choose.

5. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain and improve our apps and website;
  • To fix crashes and bugs;
  • To respond to your messages;
  • To show ads that keep our apps free;
  • To comply with law and prevent abuse.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run our apps (such as Google), when required by law, or to protect rights and safety.

7. Retention, security and deletion

We keep data only as long as needed. Emails are deleted after your request is resolved. We use encrypted connections and keep collection to a minimum. To request deletion, see our Data Deletion page.

8. Children

Our apps and website are for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal data and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
