The rules for using Fayakun Developers apps and this website. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every app published on Google Play by Fayakun Developers (the “Apps”) and to this website (together, the “Services”). This includes Stylotext AI Graphic Studio, AudioCut, whatsready, and all of our AI apps, such as AI Background Remover, AI Photo Enhancer, AI Image Upscaler, AI Object Remover, AI Document Scanner & PDF, AI OCR Text Scanner, AI Translate & Dictionary, AI Voice Note Transcriber, AI Vocal Remover & Karaoke Maker, AI Video Subtitles, Logo Makers Editor and Photo Editor AI. The full, current list is on our All apps page. By downloading, installing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age in your country) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

3. License to use the Apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps on Android devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
  • Use whatsready to send spam or unsolicited messages, or to save or share other people’s statuses without their permission;
  • Use AudioCut to record people without their consent, or to distribute audio you do not have the rights to;
  • Use Stylotext AI Graphic Studio or any of our design and photo apps to create content that infringes trademarks or copyrights, impersonates others, or misleads people;
  • Use our AI apps to make deceptive, sexual or harmful edits of real people (for example face, makeup, avatar or object-removal tools) without their consent, or to forge documents, signatures, stamps, receipts, passport or ID photos;
  • Use our audio and video apps (such as vocal removal, stem separation, transcription or subtitles) on material you do not have the rights to, or to record or transcribe people without their consent;
  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Apps, except where law expressly permits;
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices;
  • Interfere with ads, security features or the normal operation of the Services.

5. Your content

Photos, videos, audio, documents, designs and text you create, import or edit, and messages you write (“Your Content”) belong to you. Our Apps process Your Content with on-device AI, so we do not receive or store it. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it.

6. App-specific terms

Stylotext AI Graphic Studio

You are responsible for the photos, fonts, logos and other material you use in your designs, and for having the rights to publish them. Templates, icons and graphics included in Stylotext may be used in your own designs, but may not be resold or redistributed as stand-alone assets. Optional Google Fonts are provided under their own open licenses. If you connect Stylotext AI Graphic Studio to your own image server, you are responsible for that server and its content. AI results (background removal, upscaling, erasing and so on) may not always be perfect; check them before you publish.

AudioCut

Only record people who agree to be recorded, and only edit audio you are legally allowed to use. AI cleanup reduces noise but does not guarantee any particular result. Tools unlocked with a rewarded ad stay unlocked only for the stated time.

whatsready

whatsready is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. Save, repost or share statuses only when you have the owner’s permission, and respect other people’s privacy. Direct Chat only opens WhatsApp through the public click-to-chat link; you are responsible for the messages you send and for following WhatsApp’s terms. Do not use the App for spam or unsolicited messages.

AI apps (photo, video, audio, documents and productivity)

Our AI apps use machine-learning models that run on your device. AI results, including background removal, upscaling, enhancement, colorization, restoration, retouching, style conversion, object removal, transcription, translation, summaries, text and code generation, OCR, math solutions, pose feedback and audio separation, can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always check them before you rely on, share or publish them. In particular:

  • Documents, PDF signatures and receipts: you are responsible for signing and stamping only documents you are authorised to sign, and for checking scanned, recognised (OCR) or tracked figures before using them for business, tax or legal purposes.
  • Passport and ID photos: check the official requirements of the authority you submit to. We do not guarantee that a photo will be accepted.
  • Resumes, emails, replies, translations and code: AI-generated text and code are drafts. Review them for accuracy, tone and security before you send, submit or run them.
  • Math Solver: solutions are a study aid. Check important answers yourself.
  • Pose Trainer: it is not medical or professional fitness advice. Stop exercising if you feel pain, and consult a professional if you have a health condition.
  • Audio and video tools: separate, remix, subtitle or convert only content you own or have permission to use, and respect copyright when you share the result.

Some AI models are large and may be downloaded through Google Play after you install an App. Processing speed and quality depend on your device.

7. Ads and in-app purchases

All Apps are free to download. Stylotext AI Graphic Studio shows no ads. Our other Apps, including AudioCut, whatsready and our AI apps, are supported by third-party ads (mainly Google AdMob, and Unity LevelPlay in whatsready), which may appear as banners, full-screen ads after actions such as saving or exporting, app-open ads, or rewarded ads that unlock a tool for a limited time. Where required by law, you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to. If an App offers paid features or subscriptions, Google Play processes the payment under its own terms, the price is shown before you buy, and refunds follow the Google Play refund policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Apps, this website, the Fayakun Developers name, logo, designs, code and content are owned by Fayakun Developers and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. Third-party names and trademarks (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or Google Play) belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

9. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party services such as Google Play (including Play asset delivery for AI models), Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, Unity LevelPlay, Google Fonts and WhatsApp, and some Apps include open-source AI models and libraries that are used under their own licenses. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any App or feature at any time, with or without notice. Some features may require the latest version of the App or a compatible Android version.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device. Keep backups of important files before editing them.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAYAKUN DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, FILES, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 10 if you paid nothing). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fayakun Developers from any claims, damages or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

14. Termination

We may suspend or end your right to use the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the Apps. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Pakistan shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

16. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
